Pat Marcy (born Pasquale Marchone) in 1990, then secretary for the First Ward Democratic Committee.

Pat Marcy had hijacked the Democratic Party, the city government, the court system and even the police. Like an octopus, he reached inside each one and pulled the levers of power for the benefit of his cronies and the Mob. Those who got close to him, like I did, lived in fear of his wrath. Time and again, he pushed us into more criminal activity, and time and again, we couldn’t back away.
